Difficult destinations
Some destinations decide the plan. Site access, border steps and the inland leg can matter more than the sea or air leg. We assess those constraints first and plan the whole move around them.

Scope
What we coordinate
Sites where access, borders or the last inland leg shape the plan as much as the cargo does.
- Site access and delivery window reviewed early
- Border and permit steps set out in the plan
- Inland routing planned as part of the whole move
- Regular reporting until the cargo is on the ground
Before we quote
What to send us
Origin, destination, cargo type, pieces with dimensions and weights, and the ready date.
What helps
- Packing list or drawings with dimensions and weights
- Lifting points and centre of gravity, if known
- Site access at destination and the required delivery window
Approach
How the work runs
Assess
Origin, destination, pieces, dimensions, weight and ready date, with drawings if you have them. We reply with a first routing or the questions we need answered.
Plan
Transport method, route, border and permit steps, and schedule, set out before the move.
Coordinate
We contract the operators, coordinate each leg and report to you until the piece is on the ground.
Close out
We confirm delivery on site with you and close the move.
Questions
Common questions
- Can you move cargo to any destination?
- Not every route is workable. We assess the destination, the access and the cargo first, and tell you plainly what the plan needs or where it is not possible.
- What should I tell you about the site?
- The delivery address or coordinates, access limits such as road width, bridges or ground conditions, any lifting on site and the required delivery window.
- Who is accountable for the move?
- We are. We stay accountable for the plan and the coordination end to end, with one point of contact from enquiry to delivery.
