What you type into the enquiry form: name, company, email, phone if given, and the shipment details.

Standard web logs and analytics: IP address, browser, pages visited. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager set cookies for this.

To answer your enquiry and plan the shipment you asked about, and to see how the site is used. Nothing else. No marketing lists.

Form submissions pass through Web3Forms to our mailbox. Cloudflare provides bot protection. Google provides analytics. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer where a shipment file requires it. Ask and we delete what we are not required to keep.

You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Use the contact form or reply to any email from the desk.
